AB - U radu je prikazano određivanje specifičnih parametara BPK5 (biohemijska potrošnja
kiseonika) metodama razblaženja, manometrijskom i kulometrijskom metodom; HPK
(hemijska potrošnja kiseonika) metodama otvorena titrimetrijska refluks metoda, zatvorena
titrimetrijska refluks metoda i zatvorena spektrofotometrijska refluks metoda; UOU (ukupni
organski ugljenik) metodom utoška kalijumpermanganata u prirodnim i otpadnim vodama.
Prikazana je i metoda za određivanje specifičnih parametara u otpadnim vodama koristeći
besplatne satelitske vrednosti (električna provodlnjivost vode, mutnoća...).
AB - The paper presents the determination of specific parameters of BOD5 (biochemical oxygen
demand) by dilution methods, manometric and coulometric methods; COD (chemical oxygen
demand) methods open titrimetric reflux method, closed titrimetric reflux method and closed
spectrophotometric reflux method; TOC (total organic carbon) by the method of potassium
permanganate influx in natural and waste waters. The method for determining specific
parameters in wastewater using free satellite data (electrical conductivity of water, turbidity
...) is also presented.

AB - Modern education must be of high quality and
productive, that is, complementary to accelerated
changes in everyday life. Innovation, the basis of
which is human knowledge, is universally accepted
as a key factor of growth and development in the
globalized world. Information and communication
technologies, on the one hand, have demolished
spatial and temporal barriers, but have, on the other
hand, increased integration and interdependence in
the world. Many professions today depend on com-
puter technology and technological awareness that
have become key skills for professional success.
The impacts of new technologies are increasing,
both on a personal, corporate, national and global
level. Therefore, every modern society has to invest
as much of its resources into human and infor-
mation and communication potential as education,
skills, knowledge and business in the network have
become key components of productivity of individ-
uals and the economy as a whole. Evidence for this
is many developed countries that have achieved
their progress precisely thanks to investments in
these areas as well as using knowledge and skills of
their own human resources. Because of the easily
accessible information that is at hand to all interest-
ed parties, there has been an expansion of economic
espionage as an indispensable part of economic
warfare.

AB - Animal manure is oldest organic/ecological
fertilizer used in agriculture. It is result of mixing
animal excrements and straw used as floor cover.
Animal manure represents universal fertilizer and
source of humus, micro and macro nutritious ele-
ment, useful microorganisms which directly and
positively influence on chemical, physical and bio-
logical soil characteristics. Chemical content of
animal manure depend of animal breed, type of
animal feed, fermentation and use. Mature animal
manure can be applied to soil year around; in our
region manure is applied during spring, summer
and autumn. Nitrogen from animal manure need
certain period of time to be transformed in soil and
ready to use. Animal fecal matter is animal basic
physiological by-product, which in the cycling of
organic matter in nature from ancient times used for
fertilizing crops. Stabilization of waste is physically
and /or chemical process of decomposition and
transformation of waste constituents in a homoge-
neous end products for reuse, with reduced un-
pleasant odors and vapors of organic compounds.

AB - The economic context of organic agricultural
holdings and conglomerates includes several pa-
rameters and postulates of importance for economic
operators and the country. Organic agriculture has
many advantages over conventional especially in
the area of human health which affirms the com-
mitment of agricultural production. Organic agri-
culture is associated with the multifunctional char-
acter of agriculture and to the preservation of vil-
lages, traditions, folk culture, traditional crafts,
rural tourism and special type i.e. eco-tourism.
Consumers underdeveloped awareness, the under-
developed market, low demand and low standard of
living, high prices of control and certification, lack
of use of pesticides, are just some of the many
problems faced by manufacturers in this field of
agriculture. Serbia has significant resources for
development of agricultural production, which
represents the country's export opportunity.

AB - During this trial period should be tested site
parameters, which were designed and to perform
the calibration of the necessary technical parame-
ters that were related to the SCADA system for
continuous tracking and managementin the func-
tioning of the cellsfor wastewater treatment. The
main task of the probation of the wastewater treat-
ment station Volkovois a creation of a lending mil
in SBR bioaeration basin through which the process
will be carried out on biological treatment. It is also
necessary to create conditions for the natural cycle
of replacement of the old mill with a new mill,
which will be processed by the processing of the
line for the sludge, via centrifugation the sludge,
and its neutralization by means of liquid polyelec-
trolyte. Bearing into account that it is about a totally
new building with one integrated processing line
that contains in itself the mechanicaltreatment,
biologically treatment and the treatment of the
wastesludge, it is necessary to draw from the expe-
riences of already existing station for the treatment
of the waste water and to apply in the new treat-
ment cells as finished solutions which can also
contribute to the improvement of the work of the
treatment station for the faecal waste water. Prima-
ry results refer to the time of the deposition of the
sludge and the creation of its own active sludge in
SBR bioaeration pools and the concentration of
oxygen in the SBR bioaeration pools, through
which can be obtained the basic mathematical de-
pendence for thesuccess of the release in thetrial
operation of treatment station Volkovo.
