AB  - The paper presents the gas emissions, which is
the strategy of sustainable development of the Eu-
ropean Union for the 21st century. The main prob-
lems is gas emission the environment and climate
change, and how to maintain the economy in those
conditions without accelerating climate change.
This is a new growth strategy aimed at shifting
change towards a more just and affluent society.
The economy must use resources efficiently, with
reduced emissions and a greenhouse effect of zero
by 2050. This is all planned with a "green oath - do
no harm." In addition to presenting the gas emis-
sions, the paper analyzes in detail the situation in
Serbia in the new context of the green agreement
from all aspects of environmental protection.
