Paradigm shift in electrical engineering, telecommunications and ICT teaching

Paradigm shift of teaching in Electrical Engineering (EE), Telecommunications (TC) and Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) has been obvious for years and the transfer is still not over. This paper is naming the
main issues driving this paradigm shift, also being the novel topics and challenges in this particular area of teaching.
The issues are discussed and the obvious conclusions drawn from that.
