AB - The paper shows how to monitor transboundary
water pollution. In addition to the legal documents
that are required, the method of monitoring the flo w
of watercourses online when pollution in another
country is detected is presented. A particular prob-
lem is the analysis of transboundary pollution of wa-
ter, in which case a pollutant is located in one coun-
try, and the consequences of pollution are visible in
other countries. Due to the connection of trans-
boundary pollution with health of people and their
property, activities aimed at ending pollution and
ways of reducing adverse consequences are envis-

AB - Human population is growing so the amount of produced wastewaters has increased considerably.
Such toxic wastewaters are dangerous for sea, lakes and groundwater, endangering the survival of life on Earth.
They also promote the development of oxygen-consuming microorganisms that lead to fish death and the devel-
opment of pathogenic microbes. The textile industry creates waste water in the production process and such water
needs to be cleaned prior to discharge into the watercourse.
Tekstilna industrija stvara otpadne
vode u proizvodnom procesu i takve vode treba prečistiti pre ispuštanja u vodotokove.

AB - Many agricultural products can be contami-
nated with mycotoxins. There is a well-known ex-
ample of contamination of corn from the genus 2012
in Serbia with aflatoxins, which then caused milk
contamination. the consequences of this event on air
quality and on the health of the population have not
yet been investigated. Previous decades of research
in the Scandinavian countries have shown that in the
dust generated by threshing, as well as storage of ce-
reals, there are from 0 to more than 2,000 mi-
crograms of micotoxins per kg of dust. Mycotoxins
are resistant to all processes of processing agricul-

AB - Corona viruses (CoV) are a large family of vi-
ruses that cause diseases ranging from mild colds to
severe respiratory illnesses, such as the known
Middle Eastern Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-
CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome
(SARS-CoV). In addition to these known virus
coronas, a new n-CoV virus corona caused by
SARS-CoV-2 infection has emerged in China. It is
a strain not previously identified in humans. World
Health Organization is 02/11/2020. released the
official name of the disease caused by this new
strain (SARS-CoV-2), it is COVID -19. Measures
to prevent infection with new corona viruses and
those that limit the spread of the virus must be tak-
en by everyone, especially patients, whether they
have been diagnosed with the virus or have clinical
features specific to it. The economic recession ad a
consequence of the COVID - 19 pandemic motivat-
ed economic policymakers to resort to measures
and instruments, which were not applied before.
These measures relate to largoscale public spend-
ing, deficit financing of aggregate demand, and a
more relaxed approah to monetari policy. Most
countries have created high fiscal deficits and in-
creased their public debt. Accordinagly, the subject
of research is the understanding the essential postu-
lates of this scourge, but also to consider the most
important implications and concepts for the Serbia.

AB - Waste foundry slag, which is formed in the process of melting iron and is collected from the mouths of
electric arc furnaces, is stored in all foundries in Serbia in temporary landfills, usually within the factory.
Given the large amounts of waste slag, there is a need for a permanent solution to this problem.
As one of the solutions, the possibility of depositing foundry slag as a buffer base under the concrete
cover is imposed. In order to dispose of this type of waste, appropriate geomechanical tests of the waste
in question were performed. It was concluded that waste casting slag, without impurities of piece
materials, ground to a granulation below 10 mm, stored so as not to contaminate with hydrocarbons
can be used to make the road bed and make the lower bearing buffer layer in the granulation below 31.5
mm. In this way, the system of waste management and treatment as a material resource based on
scientific knowledge and procedures and in accordance with the principles of circular economy will be
improved.

a very important area, especially in environmental crime, which is a very serious
problem with its many diverse forms. Endangering the environment means illegal
exploitation of the world's flora and fauna. Pollution involves the trade and
placing on the market of waste contrary to the provisions of national law. Due to
the above, the international organization of criminal police INTERPOL uses
quality standards as a basis for its work. This paper will present the basics of this

from the aspect of the total number of passengers
and goods, transport of passengers and goods by
branches of transport, accompanying activities in
traffic, border traffic, fuel consumption in the field
of transport, transport of passengers and goods by
months for 2018. Based on the presented statistical
data, an environmental impact assessment was
performed through the discharges of gloomy and
nitrogen particles into the air. Concentrations and
amounts of nitrogen and sulfur oxides are defined
as a linear increase, ie. the impact of the transport
of passengers and goods on air and the rest of the
environment. The paper points to the strong impact
of traffic on the environment in all areas.

AB - The paper presents the gas emissions, which is
the strategy of sustainable development of the Eu-
ropean Union for the 21st century. The main prob-
lems is gas emission the environment and climate
change, and how to maintain the economy in those
conditions without accelerating climate change.
This is a new growth strategy aimed at shifting
change towards a more just and affluent society.
The economy must use resources efficiently, with
reduced emissions and a greenhouse effect of zero
by 2050. This is all planned with a "green oath - do
no harm." In addition to presenting the gas emis-
sions, the paper analyzes in detail the situation in
Serbia in the new context of the green agreement
from all aspects of environmental protection.

the strategy of sustainable development of the Eu-
ropean Union for the 21st century. The main prob-
lems is gas emission the environment and climate
change, and how to maintain the economy in those
conditions without accelerating climate change.
This is a new growth strategy aimed at shifting
change towards a more just and affluent society.
The economy must use resources efficiently, with
reduced emissions and a greenhouse effect of zero
by 2050. This is all planned with a "green oath - do
no harm." In addition to presenting the gas emis-
sions, the paper analyzes in detail the situation in
Serbia in the new context of the green agreement
from all aspects of environmental protection.",

AB - This paper analyzes the sources of time-varying electrical and magnetic
fields of industrial frequency. Therefore, very low frequency electromagnetic fields in
our environment are analyzed. This refers to the power system, overhead power lines,
transformer stations, electrical installations and household electrical appliances. The
results of magnetic induction measurements of electrical household appliances (hair
dryer, vacuum cleaner, water heater, electric cooker, aspirator, mixer, coffee grinder,
mobile charger) are given, depending on the distance from the device.

AB - Modern education must be of high quality and
productive, that is, complementary to accelerated
changes in everyday life. Innovation, the basis of
which is human knowledge, is universally accepted
as a key factor of growth and development in the
globalized world. Information and communication
technologies, on the one hand, have demolished
spatial and temporal barriers, but have, on the other
hand, increased integration and interdependence in
the world. Many professions today depend on com-
puter technology and technological awareness that
have become key skills for professional success.
The impacts of new technologies are increasing,
both on a personal, corporate, national and global
level. Therefore, every modern society has to invest
as much of its resources into human and infor-
mation and communication potential as education,
skills, knowledge and business in the network have
become key components of productivity of individ-
uals and the economy as a whole. Evidence for this
is many developed countries that have achieved
their progress precisely thanks to investments in
these areas as well as using knowledge and skills of
their own human resources. Because of the easily
accessible information that is at hand to all interest-

espionage as an indispensable part of economic

AB - Animal manure is oldest organic/ecological
fertilizer used in agriculture. It is result of mixing
animal excrements and straw used as floor cover.
Animal manure represents universal fertilizer and
source of humus, micro and macro nutritious ele-
ment, useful microorganisms which directly and
positively influence on chemical, physical and bio-
logical soil characteristics. Chemical content of
animal manure depend of animal breed, type of
animal feed, fermentation and use. Mature animal
manure can be applied to soil year around; in our
region manure is applied during spring, summer
and autumn. Nitrogen from animal manure need
certain period of time to be transformed in soil and
ready to use. Animal fecal matter is animal basic
physiological by-product, which in the cycling of
organic matter in nature from ancient times used for
fertilizing crops. Stabilization of waste is physically
and /or chemical process of decomposition and
transformation of waste constituents in a homoge-
neous end products for reuse, with reduced un-
pleasant odors and vapors of organic compounds.
